Immigrated to Canada 28 years ago, Muriel Revisa is an Filipina/Canadian industrial designer with over 7+ years of experience in the industry. Highly influenced by her Filipino heritage and her father's craftmanship, Muriel's knowledge and design integrity is unique to her story. 

 

Muriel has a demonstrated history of working in the international luxury design space. She started her career in 2015 with Vito Selma in Cebu, Philippines; where she focused on custom interiors and products for various clients such as Ayala Corp and Shangri-La, Manila. Following her time in Philippines, she continued her path in high-end furniture and interiors at Avenue Road in Toronto, Canada. She developed her skills and knowledge within the company making her way to her current position as Product Design & Development Manager of Man of Parts. Currently she is the lead product manager for both physical and digital products. She brought conceptual designs of global renowned designers, such as Yabu Pushelberg, Sebastian Herkner and Christophe Delcourt, to life in the international market. Her understanding of sophistication in materials, craftmanship and mass production truly sets her apart. 

 

Skilled in Product Design & Manufacturing, Product Management, Marketing & Sales. Muriel is a strong design professional with a Bachelor of Industrial Design focused in human centered design, furniture and interiors from Carleton University. In 2020, she further her education in Product Management at BrainStation Academy where she obtained her Product Management Certificate.
